How do you define success?
Mark:The success of a leader is determined by the individual accomplishments and success of their team. Successful leaders empower their own team of leaders. They are able to quickly turn complaints into solutions and increased profit$ with integrity.
Paul: Contributing to the community by solving problems and building fellowship.
If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?
Mark: Our Quantum Leap Technique which quickly produces a breakthrough result in a matter of minutes.
Paul: Sorry two things, my sons.
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
Mark: We’ve more than tripled our company in revenue and personnel. This was done by word of mouth referrals. We’re set to beat that rate for this year and we’re also actively working with a marketing and PR company.
Paul: Busier, more well-known, more difficult coordination with financial planners are they cope with the fears and uncertainties of their clients as well.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
Mark: Double to triple or in house coaches who lead our online leadership and coach certification classes. 4 to 6 additional leaders of in person classes “From How to Wow” Launch “From How to Wow” for young adults in Spring of 2024.
Paul: Help so many more families that I must hire more staff members.
