Short company description:
Gold Medal Mental Toughness provides a program for athletes, teams, and coaches to help cope with the pressures of competition, increase focus, heighten motivation, and develop a winning attitude. In addition, we help athletes navigate injuries, transition from high school to college and much more.
How do you define success?
I believe success is a work in progress. “A” success would be defined by achieving a specific goal but overall success would involve relentlessly moving forward including handling adversity and learning along the way. It’s rarely linear.
If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?
I would like to be remembered as being a mentor who helped people get the change that they wanted.
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
It has increased to the point where I am training dozens of colleagues to assist with the demand.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
To continue to help athletes, coaches, and teams and to refer some to those who have completed my Gold Medal Mental Toughness Certification Program.
