Short company description:

Juanita: Edible Blessings is a mobile bakery & vending business serving Jacksonville & surrounding areas. We specialize in all things “sweet”, and out mission is to provide “Desserts that not only Look good, but actually TASTE as good as they Look”.

MFD Export is a Diamond Advantage wholesale diesel parts distributor for Ford Power Stroke, Dodge Ram Cummins and GMC Duramax. We are a local and family owned business.

Jeremy: Financial planning firm.

How do you define success?

Juanita: Success is different for the individual. Some base it on freedom, others on financial gain and many by status and prestige. For me, success is operating with PURPOSE, leaving a legacy for my family, breaking generational curses of financial ignorance, & making an impact to others.

Boyd: Success to me is seeing the associates I have worked with reaching their goals and enjoying their work. I made up, C.M.D. Coach, Motivate, Discipline. It’s not enough to tell someone where they need to be, You have to coach how to get there. Then, Motivate and Discipline when necessary.

Jeremy: Doing the hard things that are required on a daily basis.

If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?

Juanita: For my Character. I want to be remembered to being exactly what I’ve portrayed in front of and behind the scenes.

Boyd: Life long friendships.

Jeremy: Always helping people.

How has your business changed in the past 12 months?

Juanita: My business has gone through Drastic changes. I’ve pivoted my business from just offering custom cakes, to operating bakery vending machines to adding the newest addition: a Mobile Bakery. Businesses require adaptability and flexibility to the constant changes to stay ahead.

Boyd: The middle name of the automobile business is ……. Change. The supply chain is getting a little better, but backorders still remain. Rules, regulations and quality of remanufacturing is getting better.

Jeremy: The markets have forced us and our clients to be adaptive and come up with new strategies and solutions for their investments.

What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?

Juanita: My goal is to add more vending services, possibly a 2nd mobile bakery location, develop virtual courses for baking business & vending, and seek more contracted opportunities.

Boyd: To provide my customers with outstanding customer service with their sales and get them excellent quality diesel parts. And finish writing book 2 this year of
THE DEALERSHIP. By Boyd Zimmer.

Jeremy: Triple my current book of business.
